Sits on 15 acres of beautifully manicured lakefront property with AMAZING views of Beaver Lake, and the surrounding Ozark Mountains! 1900 sq ft of PURE LUXURY! Two bedroom, two incredible baths, large double head glassed showers, freestanding soaking tub, full kitchen-fully equipped, fireplace, large, open living room, island bar, three decks, gas grill and 7-person high end HOT TUB...JUST 120 ft from the water's edge/boat dock, swim deck! Coin op laundry next to our office, not available inside the unit. Bring your boat we have large, covered slips available! Don't have a boat? Rent fishing boats, pontoons, paddle boats at nearby Starkey Marina. Canoes, kayaks and paddle boats deliver to our dock. Fishing guides pick up and drop off at our dock with your fish cleaned and ready to cook! Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, trout and walleye fishing at the beautiful, White River just 2 miles drive. Enjoy all the activities in downtown, historic Eureka Springs...just 9 miles drive. PLEASE NOTE: We normally require a three-night minimum stay and full rates during summer months, special events and holidays; please inquire! Occasionally we offer a reduced rate of $345/night for two guests, $25/night for each additional guest. PLEASE NOTE: We are not charging a separate cleaning fee.
