The house location is fabulous and the pre-check in instructions were hugely helpful, especially the link to the YouTube video on how to find the driveway. The owner was very receptive to a couple of small needs and questions we had. The house has 2 different spacious living areas indoors. Wish the weather was a bit nicer for us to enjoy the outdoor decks, but we knew what we were getting into in March. ##### Brian S. Lots of special touches throughout the house. Easy to use QR codes to explain things in the house. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. We staggered showers and never had an issue with hot water running low. We did have an issue with the main upstairs bathroom water pressure but a plumber came out the next day and it was an easy fix. Very quick responses to any questions or problems. No issues with parking (the driveway and carport can be a little tight) and we were able to actually get 4 cars a couple times without impeding the neighbors space or ability to back out, but I would recommend only having 2 cars max. The 4 cars was only a short time on game day. House is located hillside so be prepared for nature, which is delightful. Saw deer every day. We had some crazy temperature ranges so the heat and the portable AC units worked well but the house really retained a comfortable temperature only needing a little help for a short time in the mornings or evenings. There were instructions for everything. And communication with the owners or property manager was very easy and she was very responsive. We loved the location. A very quiet neighborhood. The chairs, couch, tables, etc. were all fairly filthy and needed to be cleaned off before we could use them. Many of the cushions and pillows outside are stained and desperately need a cleaning or replacement. A power wash of the exterior would be great to really bring it up to snuff for a long term stay where these spaces will be used frequently. ##### Becky S. We stayed with 11 people and had plenty of room. The VRBO communication system apparently was not relaying messages between the host and the traveling party. The host was quick to message us via text to confirm our check in process and anything that was needed. Overall great stay and excellent location. ##### Anthony F. Great location in the trees with Pre’s Rock and river views just up the hill and a little park our kiddos loved down the hill. Close to grocery store and easy walk into town.The house is as lovingly/stylishly decorated as depicted. Ample and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces to hang together or solo. The kiddos LOVED the big bunk room, playing the games, cozying up to watch a movie on the big screen with freshly popcorn.Great communication - an issue with the smoke detector beeping loudly was responded to quickly. And the little QR codes all over linked to helpful videos, so we never had to question how to use something, which made our stay a breeze. A few notes as FYI: Low water pressure in shower - it is what it is. Thin window coverings so morning summer light was bright - bring an eye mask if dark for sleeping in is preferred. Was surprised by offers for payment for video and pic content /reviews, but just didn’t engage. Overall a great stay and would recommend. ##### Marisa G. House has cute decor and cozy, it was clean for the most part and provided all our kitchen and toiletry needs 4 adults, 4 kids and two fur babies. Host is nice and responds quickly and thoughtful to welcome kids with snacks and dogs. It was appreciated as well as having coffee options. One negative is we found several cobb webs inside and outside and spiders in the house wondering if recently been treated for spiders and bugs. It gets hot at night on the warmer days. There were no fans or AC in the rooms to cool down and the door in master didn’t have a screen on the door so afraid more bugs or spiders entering while sleeping but that’s just me. I would just bring small fans for the bedrooms next time. Overall it was a nice stay. ##### Michelle F.
