It is situated in a quiet family neighborhood, close enough to shops to be able to walk to them (if that is what you like). We cycled or walked most of the time and found access to safe bike routes easy. One note, which is not a criticism of the property, but something to be aware of, is that the Beltline Highway is close by, so road noise can be heard in the garden and if you have the bedroom windows open, at night. Communication and a few touches could be better. We didn’t get access instructions until we contact the host, about a half hour before our stay was supposed to begin.When we got there in the evening, all the heat was off in the house was quite cold. The instructions for the heater did not work. A simple set of instructions – or even writing on the remote – would’ve helped a lot. Communication with the host was delayed, as was his ability to help.Other little touches also would’ve helped: there was a coffee maker, but we didn’t see any coffee.
