You’ll find everything you need for a weekend in Eugene, or a long-term stay. You'll appreciate this fully outfitted campus home, filled with all the amenities you'd want in your own home.

Fully remodeled kitchen with access to patio through oversized slider. Remodeled ensuite bathroom and added new custom primary bathroom. Renovated basement with cozy speakeasy vibe
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home. You will need to share driveway with guests staying in guest house/Alder B
Other things to note
We love pets!
If you choose to bring a furry friend, please let us know ahead of time and note the $50 pet fee. There is extra cleaning involved as our pets leave hair behind. Please pick up after your animal (particularly feces outside), if we have to pay our cleaner to pick it up, the cost will be passed on to you. Thanks for your help and understanding!
