However, I suggest the owners update the chipped kitchen countertops, replace the chipped rusty-drain bathroom sink, and paint all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. It would have been nice to have real glassware, not plastic, for our wine.That said, the carpet and other flooring was in good shape and the small air conditioner in living room worked great.
