Enter on the top floor and enjoy the open living space from the kitchen to living room leading you to the large new back deck. 1 king bedroom and the 2nd room with king bed (may be converted to twin and trundle twin) to make a second upstairs king bed upstairs with access to full bath with tub/shower. The master suite is downstairs with 3rd king bed and a full bath including shower and space to add the crib upon request. Step outside the master suite French doors into a large Salus Barrel Suana to start your morning looking out at the water and wildlife! Your family will love the downstairs theater room with new 84 inch LG Nano TV and surround sound for viewing your favorite games or shows. New appliances throughout including the kitchen and washer dryer in the laundry room. High speed WiFi and TV service provided by Comcast with AppleTV on televisions on the main floor, master bedroom and theater. Enjoy sunsets from the elevated back deck overlooking Delta Ponds with wildlife after your day. It’s the perfect space to unwind with 2 fans and large Bromic heaters to keep you comfortable. Home to over 120 bird species, you will see waterfowl, great blue herons, raptors and if your lucky maybe even a beaver or two right out back on Delta Ponds. If games are more your speed, sidle up to the foos ball table upstairs or bust out corn-hole and throw some bags by the water out back. Slow cook on the large Treager while you sip local wine and beer, or fire up the Weber if you prefer gas grilling. Either way our kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook at home. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck or join the walkers and tour the neighborhood and see the large fir trees. Walk Delta Ponds or access the Willamette River Trail system from entrances in the neighborhood. This paved bike path loops the Willamette River as it flows through Eugene. We booked our trip for the week of Thanksgiving and found the home to be comfortable and accommodating for the 6 of us. When we checked in there was a wonderful welcome basket with wine, chocolate and coffee and we were happy to sit with a glass of Oregon wine and enjoy the beautiful heated deck that overlooks the delta ponds. We finished the first night with a 20 minute sauna (right outside the downstairs bedroom) followed by movie night in the downstairs TV room (complete with an ENORMOUS tv and a reclining couch that fit all 6 of us comfortably). We fixed Thanksgiving dinner at the house and had everything we needed for our feast! Then, we closed out the week with the Oregon Ducks football game. Autzen Stadium was a quick 10 minute drive. If you need a place that's close to University of Oregon, you should book this property immediately! You won't regret it! We look forward to our next visit! ##### Carrie P. The house remodel is really nice. Everything worked and the kitchen fully equipped really helped us during our stay . We were in town of our sons wedding and used the House as a base for our week. We used the outside deck and patio areas to host family and enjoy our down time. We were able to fully relax and enjoy our time. The hosts were great. ##### Erik E. It was exactly as pictured and had absolutely everything we could need on our stay. We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and loved the heated deck and large kitchen. All of the little touches were fantastic from the welcome basket to cozy blankets. Will stay here again when we go back to Eugene to visit family. ##### Jessica P. Our daughter is a student athlete. This home was just that home away from home. Comfy clean and let’s just talk about the deck WOW !! Also enjoyed the wildlife it’s beautiful, Incredibly peaceful out there. This home is one we will return to. We will refer all travelers to this location. The upstairs has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and the kitchen. The downstairs has a large bedroom, bathroom, and a sitting area. That allowed him to have his own space and I could spread out a little upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped, the property was clean and in fine condition, etc. Communication with the owner & caretaker was quick and easy. Since I was having my car delivered to the property, I had more cause to communicate than normal. I would certainly stay here again. ##### David B. There were two living areas both of which had plenty of seating and room. The deck off of the main living area was peaceful and private (a little road noise wasn't a factor for us). The neighborhood was quiet and there were a lot of folks taking walks, which we did as well, to enjoy the weather and a friendly neighborhood. We had a party of six and all of us could comfortably sit around the table for meals which we cooked in the well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were all good size so we didn't feel cramped in any room. The host and the property manager communicated well with us and made everything enjoyable! ##### Ken V.
