  • This Eugene retreat features three bedrooms two full bathrooms a full kitchen, dining area and cozy living room. It has a beautiful outdoor area for the ultimate relaxation and It is centrally located in Eugene. It’s less than a five minute walk to a lovely park with a bridge that crosses over the Willamette river directly to Valley River shopping Mall. You’re less than a five mile drive to beautiful downtown Eugene, Autzen Stadium and Hayward Fields. There is a cohost that lives on the property in an apartment behind the garage. There is one shared wall his kitchen to your kitchen but your rented space is completely private. The garage is not part of your rented space.
