The back decks were used through out the day for sun and shade. They were wonderful. Bedrooms were eoomy and the storage space was really nice, especially in the master bedroom. Very clean and felt like a rental (in a good way), not like I was living in someone else's home for the weekend. Located in one of Eugene's finest neighborhoods, you can admire the whole city from any one of the multiple decks and beautiful back yard. The bedrooms are a good size and the house in general is set up for a large family, plenty of room for everyone. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and entertaining. The owner also left bathroom essentials (little shampoos, toothbrushes, lotions, etc) for us which was very nice. My only critique would be the beds are on the smaller side with the exception of the one king size bed and it could use a little more decor (i.e. Pillows, blankets, artwork, warmth) But overall a beautiful home with tons of charm, we enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed having our Thanksgiving holiday at this College Hill house. We were able to easily prepare our meal with the kitchen tools provided. The view of the trees and hills from the breakfast nook and dining room were beautiful, and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.
