About this property

3 bedroom & 1 bath home, close to everything in Eugene

  • You will be close to everything when you stay at this sweet bungalow with a large backyard Oasis! Close to Oakway and Alton Baker Park, and within 3 miles of Autzen Stadium, The University of Oregon, PK park, and Matt Knight Arena. Come enjoy everything Eugene has to offer.

    This cute bungalow has everything you need for your stay! A full kitchen and single full bath, along with two bedrooms are on the main floor. The dedicated office nook, play area, and one bedroom are upstairs. Given the year built, please note that the stairs are steep and the clawfoot tub is higher than the average bath tub, so please be careful when stepping in and out. Although this house is located on Cal young road, traffic noise is not very noticeable inside the home, but is possible.

    The entire house, gorgeous backyard, and patio are yours to enjoy. The washer and dryer are in the garage along with a ping pong table.

    Important notes:
    * The backyard is beautiful but please be careful when walking around. In the summer and early fall, there are many apples, pears, and plums that will inevitably fall on the ground. Feel free to pick any fruit to eat that is ready and reachable :)

    *There is no cable tv, and only limited local channels are available. However, tv has apps for streaming. Feel free to use your account to sign into any apps to watch your favorite shows.

    *Please read over all house rules before booking, and ensure ALL guests staying and on property understand and agree to house rules.

The house was cute, the outdoor space was beautiful...great location. The bathroom wasn't super clean...but I am very picky. My only complaint is the furniture in the living room is just not comfortable. If you want to just take a break, rest a while and watch TV (there is not TV's in the bedrooms) - its just not ideal. The couch is very very small and hard. The beds are FIRM - we had to have a mattress pad delivered (I do like softer beds.) Check in and out was super easy, and given there isn't central heat and air...the house stayed very cool with the mini split units. Overall, I liked the house....just a few things like TV's in the bedrooms and a more comfy couch would have made the stay an A++.

A wonderful oasis

This was the perfect location for our family to take a breaknfrm U of Oregon graduation activities....the backyard was serene and peaceful.. we enjoyed the location awat from campus but close to food options and shopping...very comfortable and peaceful stay. Recommend!!!

Really Beautiful and Comfortable

At first glance, everything was perfect!!! And that didn’t change!The beds were extremely comfortable. The back yard was peaceful. The only thing that tripped me up was the clawfoot tub. As an older person, it was difficult for me to climb in and out.But everything else was top notch!

Thanksgiving vacation.

The house and property were great and the owner was very accommodating. If I ever need to stay in Eugene again I would be happy to stay at this place again.

Some issues with this place

Coffee pot was completely filthy with old coffee, coffee grounds still in it. The water reservoir had filth in it, could never get it clean. Had to walk in the rain to get coffee, didn’t have a car. Windows not covered to keep light out and all the lights outside can’t be turned off. Air conditioning never worked. Furniture is not comfortable. Noise from Cal Young was loud.
