Small house and yard which was just dandy for our stay. I would return with a similar sized group for a few nights but not longer, too small. Very clean, well kept, well supported venue. Please make a note on your info that the hot tub temp runs hot. A few of us have tubs and are accustomed to 104, when we turned it up from the 99 it was too hot to sit in. the 99 was dandy but for anyone that is accustomed to hot tub temp like us the tendency is to crank it. The house was spotless and well appointed with everything you need. We especially loved the hot tub and the fancy master shower! All the beds were very comfy and had nice linens. The location was great for us because we wanted to close to family in Santa Clara and to a wedding Venue in Monroe. Since there are no hotels in Santa Clara this was perfect! The little cul-de- sac that the property sits in is very quiet. We just had one hiccup, the power went out for a while when I was in the middle of a shower, no fault of the the owner of course, but Kevin was very responsive as we were trying to locate the breaker box.
