Perfect place for my husband and I to stay while we attended a nearby wedding. Coffee and Tea was a plus, very cozy room with comfortable bed. Superb Hot tub was amazing to relax after long day and pool was refreshing. Price was so affordable and worth every single penny. Highly recommend this to anyone. Will definitely be back! Thank you for such a wonderful stay! PS, my husband was not happy about my booking until we got there and then he gave me a compliment for finding such a wonderful place!

-I left a day early because had allergic reaction to mildew, heavy dust and dampness in the room - In all fairness, I did not contact the owners about the issues until after I left, I felt too ill physically, The one time I spoke to owners, they were very nice & personable. - Bathroom: The entire commode rocked back and forth while sitting on it; when the lever to start the shower was pulled, it caused the faucet in the tub to pull away from the shower wall. - Small Fridge: I did not use it because it was not clean (crumbs in it and what looked like dead gnats.) The freezer part of it needed defrosting. -Bedside table drawers and antique dresser drawers: I left my clothes in my suitcase because the drawers looked dirty and had no liners. -Hot Tub: Nice and hot. Good jets but smelled heavily like mildew and caused my legs to itch and sting. -Bed: Nice quilt and linens and would have been very comfy but the quilt & linens always felt damp. -Air Conditioner: Cold air but had dirty filters in it. - Ink lines on couple of walls like small child’s drawing/writing.

Very nice clean place to stay. Owners were wonderful. We arrived at midnight and it was quite the drive but communication between the owners and us kept everyone well informed. Very nice folks and very nice place to stay.

Perfect getaway for 2

Dana and Lisa provided a perfect place for me and my daughter to stay. Lisa recommended several outdoor activities and good restaurants to visit in the area that were above and beyond what we had planned. It was also nice to come back and soak in the hot tub to wind down our evening. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Nice room close to the outdoors

This property was great! My wife and I, with dogs in tow, were looking to explore around the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers, and this location fit the bill perfectly. The room was private, the hosts were friendly and accommodating, the amenities were just what we needed, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hot tub was definitely a nice perk too! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely try and stay here again.
