It is located just 3.5 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park - Beaver Meadows Entrance and 4 miles to downtown Estes Park. It is close to all restaurants and activities, but also removed from the ‘hustle and bustle’ of town with beautiful, spacious views. It is walking distance to Mary’s Lake where you can fish, picnic, and hike.
This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath town home will amaze you from the minute you step in the door! The big sky and mountains are open to you from every window. Beautiful hardwood floors and tile bring warmth and luxury throughout this home. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, a large island, new stainless appliances including a range with gas burners and 2 separate ovens. It is a chef’s dream! It is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, and every amenity that you could need. The large dining room table and bar (with bar stools) can comfortably seat 8 people. The living room is furnished with comfortable chairs and a large sofa. It has a flat screen Smart TV with cable so guests may use the apps to access their private accounts. The Town home has central air conditioning to provide cool comfort during warm summer months – which is rare in Estes Park! The gas fireplace will warm you on cool days or on wintry evenings Just steps away is the upper level deck with breathtaking views of the mountains and Mary’s Lake. It also includes a brand-new propane gas grill and a propane fire pit/table. Spend time relaxing, sitting by the fire, watching wildlife and enjoying the beautiful view. Upstairs is the spacious Master bedroom with a King bed and desk. The Master bathroom suite has two sinks, granite counters and tile floors. The over-sized shower has tile and is large enough to include a shower seat. A lovely granite and tile half bath is also located in the hall upstairs. Remote working? Take advantage of high-speed internet with up to 1GB download speeds and enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains while making your work calls! Downstairs opens to the awesome game room and the downstairs patio. The game room includes a brand new, top-of-the-line, shuffleboard table, as well as a Foosball table. Perfect for kids and adults! The game room is spacious, with a Queen-sized futon and large flat screen TV with cable. The downstairs patio has several seats with a walkout to the beautiful meadow where elk and other wildlife frequently roam. The two guest bedrooms are located on this lower level. One bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a storage ottoman and chest. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed and couch. The large Jack and Jill bath has granite and tile with a tub/shower combination. For added convenience, a large, high efficiency Washer and Dryer with supplies are available for your use in the laundry room. Estes Park is a wonderful place with so many outdoor options
This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.

This was a lovely place to stay in Estes. It was close to the park entrance and to get groceries, gas and some restaurants without having to go downtown. Beautiful views also!
We had a beautiful view of Mary's Lake. It had a rural feeling and yet we were close to downtown Estes. Perfect set up for a family with small children as the lower level had bunkbeds and a private bedroom, sharing a Jack and Jill bath. Very pleased with the cleanliness. Nice laundry facilities.
Love the location and patios/views. We had a bugling elk friend hanging around all weekend which the kids loved. Loved cooking/grilling in the kitchen.
The property is located in a very nice and well-kept residential community. The views were stunning and the home very clean and well appointed. Master suite bed was not comfortable for us, perhaps suitable for those who prefer very soft beds.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice place and great location just outside of Estes Park. The condo was clean, they had extra towels, very pleasing back balcony with a great view. It was also very quiet and peaceful. There is also a private garage just in case of bad weather. We will come back here again!
The home is beautiful seven minutes to downtown. Absolutely fell in love with this rental. Everything you need stunning views, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Within Short drive to the entrance to the park will definitely be returning.
The condo was great, lots of fun game and comfortable space. Great having good soft TP and tissues. We could have used a couple extra towels and the list of check out chores seems excessive. Overall great condo.
The house was amazing! I booked it for our family vacation with 5 adults. The 3 rooms and 2.5 baths were wonderful! Very clean and great set up and the view was amazing! It was so nice to sit on the deck to relax and take in the wonderful views. And the property was very quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay. Thank you!
This was absolutely a most wonderful home. Everything you need and much more is provided. The view is perfect for coffee or chilling after a day in the mountains. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Clean, perfect location, communication with Mgmt was quick. We definitely would stay again and have already been looking at dates. The showers were amazing and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was incredible with everything we needed to make breakfast and watermelon water. I just cant say enough about how much we enjoyed the home.
Overall, we loved our stay. The views were wonderful, the home was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything went smoothly on check in. Our only minor gripes are that we didn't know how to lock the door (we figured out after a while lol) and we were told to put up the trash, start a load of laundry, and strip all the beds. I don't agree with doing all of this while also paying a cleaning fee, but that's just my opinion and it isn't my home. Overall, we loved it would stay here again anytime.
Beautifully maintained condo with great location and views. Host was very easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions we had.
This was only our second time (in about 10 years) that we stayed at a VRBO property.
Be prepared to do the expected cleanup chores in the morning — starting load of towels, stripping sheets, removing all trash from containers. Luckily our flight out of Denver was in the afternoon so we had time to do this.
The Upscale Townhouse was outstanding! It is very clean and comfortable and we felt at home being there after being out all day. The location and views are excellent!
The perfect "home away from home" and vacation area. Located in a very quiet area, close to entrance to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. It was so nice to return to after a long day of hiking, rafting and sight-seeing. I highly recommend staying here and I'm sure we will be returning.
