Welcome to our `Sweet` 2-story Townhouse nestled in the picturesque town of Estes Park. It boasts three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, along with an attached 2-car garage. This charming retreat is ideal for groups of up to 8 guests. Enjoy expansive views of the mountains from the comfort of your home away from home. Enjoy walking by the river from the meandering sidewalk in the Association. With two king-size beds and one queen bed, and a queen size sofa bed, there`s plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day of exploration. Cool off in the summer with A/C, a rare find in Estes Park. Relax by the cozy gas fireplace, stay connected with high-speed internet, and savor delicious meals prepared on the gas BBQ. Please note that there is a 2-night minimum stay, and our pet-free policy ensures a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Renters must be 25+ or older to rent this property. Vacation Rental Agreement- This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between Estes Park Property Management (also referred to as the “Property Manager”) and you, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”). This contract is entered into as of the date when the Renters place their reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Property Manager. The Property Manager will notify the Renters when their reservation is accepted. Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in and must be received before the lock box code and directions to the vacation rental are released. Policy: The Vacation Rental must be left picked up and the departure instructions followed. If there are difficulties following the departure instructions, the renter should notify the property manager. Reservation Policy: We, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”) agree to the following: 1. We will be completely responsible for any and all damages to the property caused by our negligence. 2. We will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival. 3. We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See disclaimer below. 4. We will pay for any fee that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items. 5. Please follow the cancellation policy through the website you booked through. 6. There are no refunds for early departure or no shows. 7. There are no refunds for snow or weather conditions. 8. All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival. 9. All trash must be bagged and placed in bear proof trash can or cost of $100 for unbagged trash. 10. We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out if we get the request to send items back, we will charge postal costs plus $15 for packaging. 11. Lost keys will incur replacement costs of $50 12. This is not a party house. 13. This is a non-smoking vacation rental. 14. Pets are not allowed in the rental unless property allows dogs or approved by the property manager. 15. The Town of Estes Park passed an Ordinance which makes it against the law to exceed the maximum stated occupancy. 16. Please check when your check in time is. An early check-in or late checkout is subject to extra rental charges. 17. The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this vacation rental. 18. Please look at the cancellation policy. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the terms of the cancellation policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and can ask you to leave the property if you are rude/disrespectful or breaking any of these rules. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Disclaimer: Renters understand that the Property Manager is not responsible for any personal injury caused by slipping on snow or ice, and that tenants are responsible for the removal of snow and ice around the doorways and paths to car, to include the parking area. And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to tenants’ property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, acts of god or nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves, tenants’ failure to remove snow around access areas, or any unforeseeable circumstances. Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners of the vacation rental responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for intentional acts of harm. By booking this property you are agreeing to this agreement and disclaimer applies to Renters and all guests in the Renters’ party. I, the Renter, have read, understand, agree to, and will abide by this rental agreement and all conditions stated herein.

This was the perfect spot for our family! Very comfortable, clean and awesome location to downtown Estes, the Stanley Hotel and to Rocky Mountain National Park!
We enjoyed our stay while in Estes Park. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great and close to Rocky Mountain National Park.
The house was relaxing, lived up to the photos and description and it was in a quiet neighborhood nestled alongside the Big Thompson River. Very Clean. The property manager did a great job of making the arrival easy.
This was the perfect place for our family of 6 as everyone had their own space. Very clean & comfortable and great location to the park. Would highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay at this home in Estes. There were a lot of amenities and the kitchen was stocked with all of the tools you need. Even little touches like a Christmas tree were offered. The location was close to downtown and everything Estes has to offer. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Would stay again!
Sweet Bliss was the perfect property. Had everything we needed to live comfortably during our stay. Stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, extra bedding, and a great location to explore Estes Park and RMNP. The property was very clean and well maintained.
We really enjoyed our stay at Sweet Bliss. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect for getting into town for festivities as well as into the park for recreation. The unit was just as advertised and the instructions were very clear. We especially liked the reference material to help us orient to Estes Park so that we could plan what we wanted to do.
We loved the location and property. The house had most amenities and games for kids aged 6 through 16. We had everything we needed for the kitchen. The location was perfect - close to the town but away from crowded areas, close to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. We would definitely book again.
The place was exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for all 6 of us but also afforded privacy for the couples.

This condo is the perfect location to town and Rocky Mountain National Park!! The condo is just as it says it is in the listing. It is well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. We had elk and mule deer right in the neighborhood, and very convenient fishing on the Thompson River. Overall, the place was perfect for our family of 6!!

Our stay was incredible. We hope to come back again for another cousin reunion. We 4 “girls” (ages 77, 78, 79 and 81) found Sweet Bliss to be our best retreat ever. The condo was everything we expected and more. The location was just minutes away from town and RMNP. It was cozy, beautifully furnished, handicap accessible on the main floor, and fully equipped for cooking complete meals. We especially enjoyed “Trevor”, the bull elk and his personal harem just outside in the back yard.
Our family and friends were impressed with the quality and location of the home. Home was well equipped, beautifully decorated, and the large empty garage was appreciated.
We all noticed the heat generated by the many incandescent light bulbs within the home.
This was a great home with awesome space for our family. It was just a quick drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The kitchen was well set up to cook in! There were games for us play if we stayed in. It was clean and had no trouble getting our host if we had questions. The first night we arrived we went to the visitor center (per our host suggestion) and then to the Beaver Meadow nature center to get maps and the lay of the land. Best thing we did! We had a very enjoyable relaxing trip!
The two levels were great for us, those preferring cooler sleeping and living space could be downstairs, main bedroom upstairs. All rooms are more spacious than pictures show. Nice assortment of pots, pans, utensils and appliances. Property manager was very responsive and immediately addressed an HVAC service issue, quick fix. Beds were very comfy, good amount of linens, pillows, blankets, towels, wash cloths. One bathroom downstairs had watered down hand soap but aside from that the house was well stocked. Nice garage parking, too! Two bull elk greeted us in the back yard when we arrived, followed by a full herd around the property later that evening. Appreciated very much the early check in!
This suited our needs perfectly and we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and having A/C was so nice since it was quite hot for part of our stay. Comfortable beds and great location to enjoy all Estes has to offer!
