This unit will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Window Unit Air Conditioning in both bedrooms The on site, shared outdoor pool will open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

    Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cozy meals in. Local restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities are just minutes away, making this the perfect home base for your mountain vacation

    This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park.

    Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 22 through October 19, 2026. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

    Construction of the new Mary's Lake Lodge is expected to begin in 2026. We look forward to having the Lodge return after a devastating fire.

The property is a great location if you want to spend time in Estes park or go to Rocky national park. The area surrounding is very beautiful and relaxing. This place is good for 3 people, 4 if you don’t mind being crowded. While it was very nice to have two bathrooms there were only enough towels for everyone to have 1, I feel it would be better for them to provide an extra towel for each person so we wouldn’t have to do laundry during the trip. We also were disappointed with the oven as it doesn’t fit a lot in it and made some of our food taste bad, which was disappointing because we picked this property only because we wanted a kitchen to cook in. Lastly our stay would have been better if the tv in the living room was upgraded so people can login to their streaming services. There were multiple nights we would have loved to watch a movie all together but the tv only had local cable or a dvd player with maybe 10 movie options. Overall the place gets the job done for a decent price but it could be better with some simple upgrades.

The condo was clean and the location was excellent for seeing EP. The a/c and other appliances were great. Problems: no screens on the front bedroom and living room windows; the bedroom with the ceiling fan did not work; mattresses were not that comfortable. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
