Close to everything! The Stanley, downtown shops, fun city and a short drive to RMNP. The of the house was very reasonable compared to others. 5 adults 2 kids and still space to have alone time. The back deck is a fantastic space for morning coffee and watch the sunrise, lunch and dinner.

This house has plenty of space. We really enjoyed watching the birds at the bird feeders. The bed configurations are a bit odd but it was ok. There is sleeping space for 10 people, but only 8 are allowed. It would seem to be a grandmother's house with the same furniture and appliances that have been there for the last 30 -50 years. Some is not in the best shape. Armrests loose on the sofa and one armchair for example. The shower head upstairs is quite low. Even myself, 5'2" found it a bit challenging.It was clean, and it met our needs, However, It was expensive for what it is, which is why I have rated it on the lower side. Technically it is walking distance to town, but be aware, the return trip is almost entirely up hill. The owner does not manage it, you will be sent emails etc. from a third party called Casa Go which was slightly confusing, but they do respond very efficiently.
