    Adventure awaits! This is a Historic, charming 1920 cabin (900 sq ft) relocated from RMNP. It has been completely remodeled and finished out in a cosy mountain feel. The cabin is located in one of the best areas of town. It is conveniently located just 2 miles to city centre Estes Park, and 1 mile to the Beaver Meadows National Park Entrance. It is close to some of the most popular restaurants in Estes, and has a small supermarket just a minute away. You can go into town if you want to, or can avoid the city centre traffic with everything you need just minutes away.

    This cabin was originally located in the Rocky Mountain National Park, and was relocated to our property at some point in time. It has new cabinets, granite counter top, stove, full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. It has 2 queen size beds. One is a sleep number and one is a memory foam mattress. It has a gas fireplace inside and gas fire pit outside. The cabin is conveniently located 2 miles to city centre Estes Park, and a mile to the Beaver Meadows National Park Entrance.

    No Pets, No Smoking inside, No ATVs, No Motorcycles, No early check-in or late check-out to allow housekeeping to prepare for next guests.

    2020 was an exceptionally difficult year for our holiday rentals. We've been through a pandemic where we were shut down and lost about 4 months of revenue and in the fall we dealt with unprecedented wildfires where the entire town of Estes was evacuated for 12 days.

    This protects the traveller and the owner in natural disaster situations that include, but are not limited to pandemics, Covid shutdowns, wildfires, floods, blizzards, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, tsunamis, wind, rain, sleet, snow also car accidents, death or death of a family member, illness, asteroids, alien invasions, zombie attacks, war, terrorists attacks, riots or any other act of God. If you decide not to purchase trip insurance then I assume it is not an issue when you do not receive a refund or rebooking.

It's a great location that is super close to RMNP. The cleanliness of the space was our only issue. Communication was good and check-in/out was as well. The bedrooms are tight, but we spent most of our days hiking, so it worked out.

Fantastic place for getting around RMNP and Estes. You take a right out of the driveway, go about 100 yards /- , hang a left and you’re on the way to the park which was a huge “selling” point for us. Clean, AC’s for when it’s warm, hot tub for when you’re hurting, WiFi if you need it, plus plenty of other amenities as well. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place near RMNP.

Great Location and property!

Cabin is located just outside downtown Estes Park and only a couple minutes from Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP. Had all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. Really enjoyed the cabin and town!

The cabin was wonderful. Great location, close to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. Everything was as described. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. A mule deer came by daily to munch on some of the vegetation. The view from the sitting room is amazing for sunsets!

Best place to stay for RMNP adventures

There’s no better place to stay for a trip to RMNP. The location is ideal, just minutes to the park entrance and minutes to town. We loved the spacious kitchen and living area, and the bed was very comfortable. We are already a repeat customer, and we plan to keep coming back in the future! Best value you can get.

Good location

Location was great for getting to locations in and around RMNP and Estes Park. Really enjoyed the meticulously clean place. Would recommend curtains for the living room windows and updating some of the cookware and adding some serving bowls.
