Step into Lookout Mountain 27B, a cozy one bedroom/2 bathrooms condo with spectacular views of Marys Lake and the surrounding mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Marys Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace. The efficiency-style kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple meals. At the end of the day, enjoy the tranquil atmosphere on your deck while taking in the brilliant night skies. From the parking lot, walk up the flight of stairs to the deck with your private hot tub. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the leather Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, and flat screen TV. The efficiency kitchen is perfect for simple meal preparation. A short trip down the hall takes you to the first bathroom with full-size shower. Step back into the hall and discover the Master bedroom with private bath. This Master suite features a King size bed, flat screen TV, fireplace and full bath with a jetted tub and shower combo. Lookout Mountain 27B will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Hot tub was nice to have although, it is not necessarily “private”; you have very close neighbors. This is a good size for a couple or small family. We have one child and it worked well. I gave 4 stars because the water heater was not sufficient to fill a tub or get through a whole shower. We had to keep turning the water off to conserve. We made it work but would have called it in had we been staying longer. It’s close enough to the main strip but not in a busy area, which we liked. Now the buts: a significant chunk of the view for our particular unit was obscured by a maintenance garage. Other units won't have this problem and the view is great from this complex; Our hot tub cover arm that assists removing the hot tub cover was broken (looked like someone didn't strap down the cover during a wind gust because a come-along strap with carabiner was added) - not a huge deal but it meant we had to wrestle with the cover a little. Oh yea, the kitchen was missing scissors, someone probably stole them. Fortunately my wife always has scissors. Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked pot/pans/utensils. ##### Robert K. The property management is very quick to respond to any concerns. When we arrived our refrigerator did not seem to be cooling and they came quickly with a replacement. We liked having 2 bathrooms for the 2 of us in the condo. The kitchen facilities were nice and well equipped. The view from the deck was amazing of the mountains. It was nice to have our own hot tub on the deck facing the mountains. The hot tub was clean. The condo was smaller than is depicted on the pictures but for 2 people it was fine. It would be very crowded for 4 people. The king bed was super comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that the property pool and hot tub needed cleaning. Property offered little to no view, unless you like your neighbor’s rooftop.. The hot tubs are located near the front entrance to your condo. The neighbor’s hot tub and front entrance are about 10’ from yours and there is absolutely no privacy. The hot water heater went out and we were moved to another property closer to Long’s Peak. The after-hours person did not call the maintenance department for us. After hiking all day, we were without a hot shower. The manager, Stacy, was very responsive when we finally got in touch with her the next day. The property we were moved to was incredible! Well this place delivered and then some!!! We were able to spend most of our time looking out off the deck, from inside the hot tub, staring at the mountains and incoming weather. It was only a short drive from town, but far enough out that we felt more in nature.
