The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The location was great- close to the park entrance and all the amenities in Estes Park, yet quiet. We really enjoyed the stay.
Very quiet community and close access to downtown Estes Park and the National Park. We took advantage of the front deck. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and we had all the kitchen appliances and equipment to make some meals in home.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I loved coming here! It was a great place to relax. I would love to come back in the future.
We were located about 10 minutes away from the gate at RMNP. Very convenient and especially convenient to town. The condo was very quiet and had everything we needed. We even had a herd of elk hanging out nearby.
Great place. As advertised. This particular unit has a nice bathroom tub with keys but the hot water heater may be a bit small to fill it warmly.
This particular unit does not have its own exterior hot tub like its neighbors.
Great stay…it fit our needs.
Not easy to find the condo unit, we landed late at Denver airport , and by the time we got to the condo area it was 1:30 am. When we finally got to Mary’s lake rd The GPS said we arrived at our destination and we were not bear any condos. The name of the road they list horse tooth is not the road the condo is on ….had to drive in to every road and condo complex looking for the correct address of the building. Good location close to downtown.
It was a nice place for us to retreat after long days visiting our cabin remodel. Bedroom is tight but huge bathroom. Liked the location by Mary's lake. Had plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Appreciated the air conditioner. Only issues were ceiling fan out of balance in bedroom so couldn't use and dishwasher motor so loud couldnt run at night. Oh and there are more than seven steps to get to cabin. Need to count steps from parking lot. I would stay again.
Comfortable bed, nice amenities, ideal location. Worked fine for spouse and I and our 20 yr old son. We weren’t there much other than to sleep but den was a little tight, sofa not super comfortable/deep. It had everything we needed, plenty of fresh towels, and easy access to everything while being in a quiet location. Loved having the tea kettle. Great view. Negatives were caulk around tub was peeling and moldy, shower curtain rod isn’t permanently attached so it fell down at least 4 times during the week (we didn’t hang towels over it either) and just personal preference I prefer a lot more natural light, it was quite dark even with bedroom window shade open. Size is ideally suited for a couple but we were happy with the find last minute and appreciated the outdoor table chairs to enjoy coffee/view! Communication was excellent. Would stay again but choose a larger and upper unit next time.
We enjoyed our stay.
Pros: location for hiking, view of the mountains (as pictured)
Lodging is pricey, so we had to compromise on some things. We like to cook, so we always try to get a kitchen on vacation. When we went grocery shopping, we forgot and/or didn’t realize we only had a half kitchen (no oven and no freezer). So we got ice cream that half melted (even though we put the fridge temp as cold as it would go) and we had to make pizza in a frying pan. There were only 3 full-size plates, which was not enough to make cooking go smoothly, and no Tupperware for storing leftovers. There is only a half-size trash can in the kitchen, which was also a little inconvenient (meant emptying the trash twice as often). There are foldable T.V. trays which were very much appreciated for eating. (since there is no table). Plates, Tupperware, and trash can would all be easy improvements for the management company to make.
There is a hair dryer. Sample shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion provided.
22 steps up to the door, and some were a little icy when we arrived, so that may be something to consider in winter.
The thermostat is not accurate. We kept it on 64, and we were hot at night.
Bedding was comfortable & shower adequate (baths are not my thing, but there is a big tub).
The bedroom carpet is a little worn.
So, this is not high-end luxury, but it is middle-of-the road comfortable.& clean, with a few things missing, and a few nice touches.
The property was clean and close to everything. Just a short drive to Mary’s Lake. We made use of the heated pool every day, which wasn’t overly crowded.
Perfect condo for our needs. Easy check-in and out, plenty of toilet trees. Probably need to come a few weeks later to enjoy the warm pool and hot tub.

Spectacular view
Just a few miles outside hustle and bustle of downtown where you can hear the beautiful sound of the bugling elk against a spectacular view!
