    Escape to this luxury, wood-paneled mountain retreat with leather sofas and a fireplace. Relax in the outdoor hot tub or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets over the pines and mountains. Fish on Fall River right on the property! Fishing license required. The home includes WiFi, TV, and washer/dryer. Just ¼ mile to downtown Estes Park and a few miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. Exterior security cameras monitor the front door and driveway. We reserve the right to cancel reservations.

An amazing house! Had an excellent NYE in Estes. Loved that there were some many robes and towels provided for the hottub. We used the grill for steaks. Everything was great, would stay again!

We had a lovely stay at this cabin the weekend before Christmas. The property and house were exactly as described, clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Our stay was comfortable and cozy. We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful and in the perfect location. We always rent a house on Fall River and this was the best place we have ever rented. So peaceful, but also within walking distance to town. We loved sitting out on the lovely decks overlooking the river. Kitchen had everything we needed too! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this home. First, it is the cleanest Vrbo I have ever rented. The location and views are amazing! We had Elk lounging in the backyard and many wild Turkeys. Fabulous House

Extremely comfortable, beautiful remodel, and loved the access to river, hot tub and firepit. Were going to go out to eat, but decided to stay in as the house was so nice and has a well appointed kitchen. Looking forward to another stay.
