About this property

Coach House on Historical Crocker Ranch Dog Friendly - #22-ZONE3270

  • Welcome to The Coach House at Crocker Ranch, a peaceful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat on a private, working ranch just minutes from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Surrounded by nature, this dog-friendly home offers rustic charm, modern comfort, and unforgettable Colorado skies.

Half a mile across the meadow is Rowe House, a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom cabin, also part of Crocker Ranch. These two cabins together is a great place for a small family reunion.

Enter through the Crocker Ranch gate and leave your cares behind. Drive through the trees and across the pasture, park at The Coach House and let the adventure begin.

The front door brings you into the kitchen and dining area. Wrap around windows make this room feel open, sunny and inviting. This large kitchen, with lots of counter space, has everything you need to make great meals for the whole family. The grill master can show off their skills to add to the culinary delights. Gather around the dining table or the picnic table on the deck and reconnect over dinner.

Walk through to the living area with comfy seating for everyone in front of a wood burning fireplace. The TV on the mantle, makes this a great place to gather for family movie night. If you like a little family competition, try out the pool table.

The sun room next to the living area gives you a place to relax and read a book, have cozy conversation or disconnect from technology and spend the evening playing games.

Two bedrooms on the main level are great for mom, dad and a couple of kids. The queen bedroom is connected to the two twins bedroom via a sliding glass door with a curtain for privacy. The bathroom for the main level has a shower tub combo and is accessed through the queen bedroom.

Upstairs are the third and fourth bedrooms each with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower tub combo. Plenty of privacy and plenty of room for everyone to get a good night’s sleep for tomorrow’s fun.

The large deck will be a family favorite. Wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee and listen to the birds, look for deer wandering through the trees, breathe in the smell of the pine trees. Enjoy a picnic. Gaze at the stars at night with no streetlights to wash out their beauty. The best memories are made outside!

Whether you’re here for adventure or rest, The Coach House offers space to gather and reconnect. Book your stay at The Coach House today!

    The Ranch

Nestled below Mount Olympus and Park Hill, this land was first settled in 1872 with The Coach House serving as the last stagecoach stop into the Estes Valley for Alexander MacGregor's toll road. Traces of the road are still visible today.

The ranch later became the summer retreat of Frank Crocker, from whom the ranch got its name. The Crocker Ranch has a number of historical associations and now invites guests to enjoy the same quiet mountain beauty, updated with thoughtful modern touches.

    A Taste to Remember:

Grass-fed Crocker Ranch Beef, raised on-site, is available for purchase when in season. To learn more, search “Crocker Ranch Estes Park” to connect directly with the rancher.
