This condo is 4 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and 5 miles to downtown Estes Park. Chiefs Head Peak 21B is a cozy 2BR/2BA condo with amazing views of the Rocky Mountains. Just a stone's throw away from Mary's Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks. The open living area features a comfy queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and those beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen. The master suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with large bath tub/shower combo. Enjoy more mountain views from the deck with a private hot tub. With central AC to keep everything cool in the summer and a gas fireplace for cozy warmth in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home! The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. Things to be aware of: There may be stairs to get to this condo. No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply. Please do not mail or ship anything to this home. Quiet Time 9 p.m. SkyRun hot tubs are not intended for children. Guest buys own soaps / paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted. The community pool, hot tub, fire pit are open / closed (seasonal) / maintained at discretion of the condo HOA. Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a FLASHLIGHT! No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo. Bears in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving. Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line. Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. SkyRun is not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Mary’s Lake Condominiums. Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Location was great and condo was clean and well stocked with all the basic needs. My only critique would be the TVs they are dated and the living room tv had a line going through the middle but really didn’t affect our stay much we spent most of our time out on the patio that has a great view and the cutest lil family of deer that came by every morning and evening! I picked it for the extra seating in the living room and the hot tub. We used the hot tub every evening and it was very nice and roomy. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances worked great. We loved the morning sunrise over the mountains. Just a short scenic drive to town to eat and shop the riverwalk. We also had a herd of Elk pasture right in front of our condos! Very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. Amazing view from the deck and we enjoyed having breakfast out there everything morning! Kids loved the hot tub. Had all the essentials to make the meals we ate in and check in and out was super easy. Just what we needed for a home base to explore RMNP. Hot tub for after hike relaxing, and even extra towels at the ready. On-demand fire for chilly evenings, and very comfortable beds with cozy, clean bedding. Plenty of kitchen items to make dinners, but if you want to pack lunches there's not much for tupperware, just FYI. Lots of windows with wonderful views, the place felt very spacious for the 3 of us. Check in was simple, and details were communicated exactly at the promised time. I gave 4 stars because of the strict 4pm check in time. The entry area is really dark, Not a big deal, but i was glad other reviewers mentioned it so i I knew to have my phone light at the ready. ##### April M. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, updated appliances and good location. But..... it was lacking some small things that would have been helpful - and that have been routine in every other rental property we've stayed in. Hangers - not one in any of the closets. Soft soap in the bathrooms- none. Tupperware or foil/Saran Wrap for leftovers - missing. Again, small stuff, but basic. Oh - and it's time to replace the carpeting. Thanks ##### Len S.
