Welcome to Linger Longer, our inviting mountain retreat in Estes Park, Colorado (Estes Park Business License #3242). Perfect for families and nature lovers, this cozy home sits just minutes from downtown Estes Park and the South Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, giving you quick access to hiking, wildlife, restaurants and all the charm the area is known for. Our cabin offers stunning views of Longs Peak and the Continental Divide and its peaceful 1.34 acre setting is surrounded by mature Ponderosa pines, rocky outcroppings, and seasonal wildflowers. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring on the spacious deck while watching elk, mule deer, hummingbirds and other wildlife that wander through the yard.

Inside, the home is warm, comfortable and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. The living room features cozy seating and a beautiful moss rock wood burning fireplace, perfect for gathering after a day in the mountains. Whip up your favorite meals in our kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the essentials like dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a coffee maker, toaster and even a crock pot for easy mountain‑day dinners. The home includes WiFi, Direct TV and a DVD player. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms:

• Blankets, sheets, pillows and pillowcase and towels are also provided.
• Bedroom 1 Has a Queen bed with private 3/4 bathroom to include a shower.
• Bedroom 2 Has a Queen bed with a log frame.
• Bedroom 3 has a Full/double size bed with two closets.
• A full bathroom with a shower/tub is located off of the hallway.


The home is licensed for up to eight guests per Estes Park regulations. For larger groups or family reunions, our family owns another vacation rental just across the road (VRBO #225650, link listed below), allowing groups of up to eighteen when booked together.

From May through November and during holidays, we offer weekly Saturday to Saturday stays, with shorter visits available during the off season.

Great place great time

The house was perfectly placed where we could do everything Rocky Mountain and Estes. We saw lots of wildlife, enjoyed hiking, and were in a great location to enjoy great restaurants. The view was spectacular from the porch and we had plenty of privacy. The hosts were very accommodating.

Fantastic views and close to Rocky Mountain Nat Park

My wife and I enjoyed our four night visit in May 2025. The very comfortable accomodations are located in a quiet part of town and close to everything, including the entrance to RMNP. Great communication from owner before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommended.

The Linger Longer property is an excellent place to relax. The spacious great room and deck provided ample opportunity to relax and take in great views of the mountains. The location has easy access to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The house, bedrooms, and bathrooms were very clean and everything was ready upon our arrival.

Amazing views of Longs Peak and the continental divide! Can’t beat the location either less than 10 minutes outside of the park and minutes from downtown Estes. Communication was also great! My family would definitely love staying here again if we visit Rocky Mountain National Park.

Perfect cabin

This property was perfect for our needs. Close to the Park and trails, but also close to town, with great restaurants a half mile down the hill. The views from the deck and living room were spectacular and we saw deer daily and an elk. It was peaceful and quiet, but not isolated. We would definitely stay here again.

Tremendously enjoyed our stay at Linger Longer and RMNP! It was nice to not have to navigate Estes Park traffic to get to the park, as the cabin is about as close to the Beaver Meadows entrance as you can get. I will say that the stall shower in the master bath is rather small, but you can simply use the full size bath/shower in the hallway bath if you prefer, and even without that option, it would be a small price to pay for such a great place. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and the view is great. Communication with Aaron and Heidi was also great, and they were very quick to respond. My wife said she would easily stay here again if we ever come back, which is a high compliment. Loved it!

Beautiful cabin with gorgeous views. This was perfect for our family of 6. Exceptionally clean and great owner communication. We enjoyed watching wildlife in the yard and sitting in front of the fireplace in the evenings. Close to RMNP entrance and very short drive to downtown Estes. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend time away from crowds and looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway.

Cozy mountain house home away from home

This is such a great place to stay. This is our third year staying here and we hope to continue to always enjoy this mountain cabin. this cabin has everything you need. The views are fantastic and sitting on the deck is memorizing ! close to everything especially getting into Rocky Mountain national Park. This cabin is on the quiet side of town. We love the hosts. If your planning a trip to Estes Park and visiting Rocky Mountain National Park you won't find a more perfect location than Linger Longer! The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. It truly feels like a home away from home. The views from the deck of Longs Peak and the continental divide are amazing and your just a few minutes from the Beaver Meadows entrance to the park. On our trip this year we saw six moose and tons of elk, which was surprising for late August. This was our forth stay at Linger Longer and we hope to make it again next year. We also had the pleasure of meeting our host, Aaron, who happened to be in Estes Park the day we were leaving. Thanks Aaron and Heidi for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

Winter Getaway

We loved everything about this cabin! The view, the coziness, and the daily view of the neighborhood deer showing up in the yard. To top it off it’s right by the park and one of my favorite coffee shops, Coffee On The Rocks! We enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee right before or after hitting the trails each day and coming home to a nice fire in the afternoon/evening. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, and we always enjoy staying in their cabins. Not a single thing I can complain about!

Such a great spot to stay in Estes Park if you're planning on spending the majority of your time exploring Rocky Mountain National Park! You cannot beat the location & distance from the Beaver Meadows (main) park entrance! The views of the mountains from the front windows/front porch are breathtaking. We stayed with our 2.5 year old who loved seeing the mountains every morning & night (& greeted them appropriately!). The cabin is cozy, well loved & overall was very clean! Check in & out process was a breeze! We would 100% stay here again if we're ever back to visit RMNP!! Thank you!!

Cozy, well kept mountain retreat with wonderful views! Linens, towels, blankets were very nice and kitchen stocked nicely. Communication with owner easy and prompt when an issue with the grill arose, a quick fix. Great location and privacy. Suggestions would be another lamp or two for bedrooms, box or two of Kleenex, and a clock..small things that would be helpful, but in no way impacted a lovely place to enjoy a week in Estes! Would definitely return!

Comfy and gorgeous views!

They had everything we needed and the views were breathtaking! Be aware of stairs to get in to the house as well as a couple stairs in the house. It was tricky for my disabled mother but wouldn’t deter us from staying again. We got some snow that made travel for us Texans a little tricky but Aaron called to check on us and had a snow truck out in no time. Thanks guys!
