Come and enjoy the peace and quiet from this serene mountain cottage located just a 5-minute walk from downtown. Bear Pause is located near the end of a cul-de-sac and has views ranging from Longs Peak to the Stanley Hotel, Twin Owls, and the Mummy Range.

Upon entering this charming cottage, you will be greeted by the warm and inviting living room. The living room is large and has plenty of seating including 1 full-size sofa, 1 love seat, and 2 comfortable recliners. This space faces south to let in plenty of natural light. There is a flat-screen with Roku for streaming. The living room opens to the generous dining area that has seating for 6 guests. Be sure to check out the elk antler chandelier. The dining room opens to the large and functional kitchen. There are tons of counter space, lots of cabinets, and everything you need to cook a great meal.

The master bedroom is accessed through the living room and provides a private retreat with en suite 3/4 bath and queen-sized bed. The second bedroom is off the dining room and has a full-sized bed. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed.

Bear Pause has three different outdoor spaces to enjoy. There is a comfortable large seating area in front of the house with views to Longs Peak and the Stanley Hotel. Perched above the large seating area is a comfortable wood bench with great views. Last, but not least, is the covered picnic area for shelter from the occasional afternoon shower.
