We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful, we saw wildlife everyday. It was far enough out of town that it wasnt constant hustle and bustle, but close enough that we could get everywhere quickly. The one minor inconvenience was there were not enough towels, we had to wash them everyday.Definitely will be staying here again!
Title says it all. Great location and views. Felt 'out there' enough but close enough to town to be easily accessible. Zero complaints and the property was excellent and exactly as advertised.
Nice place, good location well supplied. Mice view of YMCA and RMNP mountains from main floor and balcony. May want to mention that it is four stories because those with mobility issues may have trouble navigating the stairs between stories.
Very nice condo. Clean and well appointed. Comfortable furniture and beds. Although bedsheet did not fit on the bed it was a minor issue. Overall great place to stay
This is the perfect house for a family that wants a real Rocky Mountain experience. The view, the wildlife the very well equipped house…all amazing! Hopefully we will be back one day! Thanks for sharing your house with us!
Great Hiking Out the Door, Amazing Views from the Deck
If you are up for longer, challenging hikes in the park and the national forest, this is an excellent location to hike right out your door and avoid the traffic and parking. Over three days we hiked Twin Sisters, Estes Cone, and Rams Head/Lily Mountain.
The house is newly renovated with everything we needed and has fantastic views from the decks off the main and bedroom levels.
We hope to visit again soon.
Spent a week at this property and it was a great choice. The drive up to the house is a little tedious, but once you make it there, it’s absolutely worth it. Communication from the property management was great and helped us with any questions we had. House was very clean and had pretty much all that was needed for a weeks stay in the area. Though it was only myself and my partner, the house could easily accommodate a large family with its three bedrooms. The next time I visit Estes Park I would absolutely book this property again. If there was anything that should be looked into by the property owner, it would be the age of the water heater. I noticed a very slight sulfur smell with the water and upon inspection of the water heater I noticed it was from 2009. It should probably be replaced before it causes any issues with future renters. Everything else was perfect!

Nice Location
The Condo was very nice. It has a great view of the mountains and is absolutely wonderful to wake up, and look outside in the morning. There are (3) bedrooms and a "reading nook" with a Futon that can be pulled out to sleep everyone. Having 3 and 1/2 baths makes things easy when you have a large family. And, having a washer and dryer in the unit sure saved us time and money over having to go to a laundromat.
Having said that, there were a couple of things that I think should be noted.
1. It is a 3-story unit. This wasn't mentioned when I booked the unit.
2. I understand that, in Estes Park, 360 days of the year, you don't need air conditioning, because the weather is perfect or cold. However, there are those 5 days a year that A/C would be nice. On our stay, the temperatures got up into the 90s. Unfortunately, the single box fan and (2) oscillating fans that were in the unit, were simply not enough to cool off the living spaces. We opened every window on the third floor, and opened windows on the other floors and the main entry door just to try to get a cross breeze, and we couldn't cool it down. A ceiling fan or two would be nice.
3. Parking - There's not much there. You can park (1) car in front of your unit. You might be able to park another car at the end of the driveway if your neighbor doesn't have (6) cars there like they did when we stayed there. If this happens, you're going to have to back out of the drive, and forget having more than (1) car.
The property was amazing qith a great view of the mountains. Our only complaint was that the linens in one of the bedrooms clearly were not washed but otherwise it was a great time!
This property did not disappoint! The location and proximity to RMNP made it possibly for us to visit the park in the morning, come back to the property for lunch and naps, and go back to the park in the afternoon. The views from the balconies were beautiful! I highly recommend this property!
Beautiful Location and close to Estes Park and RMNP
This was an amazing place to stay. The driveway up to the place is a bit fun and interesting from people who live in Louisiana where it is flat but it was worth the effort. Loved the place.
Wow that view was everything. Great house. Family of 5 stayed here. We had a little trouble finding neighborhood at first because gps sent us further but a kind neighbor helped and then it was easy.
This was an amazing property To spend
your getaway in mountains. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 6 people to comfortably enjoy. Being on the hillside, this has 4 different levels with each level having a patio. The views of Rockies are stunning right from the patio.
No questions about cleanliness and amenities available. The kids will definitely enjoy this house.
This place is decorated beautifully and comfortable. What really makes it special is a view straight into Rocky Mountain National Park. We were there during snowstorms and subzero weather. When we couldn't go out, we could look at magnificent mountains appearing and disappearing in the clouds. What a marvelous place to relax. It also had a well-stocked kitchen. We loved it and want to come back!
Home is in a beautiful area but it was frustrating that the WiFi barely worked and the downstairs master bedroom smelled musty. Kitchen water faucet falls off daily.

As others have mentioned, the directions are a bit unclear due to two road names being similar. We also had trouble with the door code but were able to contact property management and solve the problem. Very nice condo. Amazing views.
We loved it and the location to the national park was awesome. Since you had to have a reservation to enter the park our location made it possible to get in on time without one. We spent our days hiking and fishing in the park. We enjoyed being high on the mountain in this home and the view of the peak through the skylight in the kitchen was awesome. The fully stocked kitchen allowed for meals in the evening and lots of family time around the table playing dominoes. We will be back. The beds were comfortable and the views front he balconies spectacular. No issues with the home at all during our stay. There was construction going on in the condo next to us so glad we spent our days gone from the noise. ❤️❤️❤️
This was a great property ! Very very comfy master bed. An awesome location! View was great outside the property. The drive way was interesting each time….
All in all we enjoyed our stay. BUT….. the deck was closed !!! All of them !!! You can’t go outside on the the deck! Soooo no view from the house. They need to get this fixed ASAP . Not a fair advertisement without the decks closed….This was a little upsetting to be modest during our stay. I would not have. Booked this place if I knew the decks would be closed ….. A fantastic place otherwise ….
The condo was very clean; however it was very dated. The carpet appeared clean but was wavy and drab...needing replacement. The beds were severely uncomfortable!!!! My husband and I ended up having to sleep in the two twin beds because the king beds were old and severely sagging. Christmas decorations appeared throughout the house in June. Really? Who wants Christmas in June? Bathrooms were very small with very little counter space. For our next trip I will book well in advance and select a home that is more suitable for us.
