Accommodating up to 5 guests, it offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living area.   
  
The highlight of this duplex is the attic chill-out area, perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars.

The generously sized living room is divided into two sections: a dining area and a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed and smart TV. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster.  
  
The bedroom boasts a double bed with an attached bathroom that also has a second door providing access from the hallway, a "Jack and Jill bathroom."
