Elegant alfresco dining at the bottom terrace and at the rooftop terrace. Chill out in the lounge area while letting the BBQ work in order to serve you a delicious dinner. The villa comes with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for your convenience. The suite comes with a private entrance to the rooftop terrace, Netflix-equipped SMART TV, walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with washbasins for him and her, a walk-in shower and a relaxing whirlpool tub. Neighborhood El Paraiso is, as the Spanish name suggests, a paradise. One of the Coast's established prestigious urbanizations, this community is made up of villas and flats and enjoys a peaceful setting, which is preserved by strict rules governing the type of development that can take place within its borders. A fine four-star hotel, El Paraiso, located within the urbanization, is known for its health clinic which focuses on wellness therapies and relax. Also on site is an 18-hole golf course with its accompanying club and various tournaments, including a celebrity Pro-Am, that are held here every year. To complete the sporting topic, five courts are available at the tennis club and there is a lawn bowls club as well. All amenities are available at the community's commercial center, which includes a bank, supermarkets, restaurants, car rental and an array of other professional services. El Paraiso is located approximately 10 minutes (driving) from Marbella and the heat of Puerto Banús, heading west towards Estepona. Not too far away from Marbella centre, yet very privately and calmly located. The nearest airports are located in Málaga and Gibraltar, each of which can be reached in less than one hour. Other Things to Note: • PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately. • No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time work during the mornings.
