This lovely property is NEW to the rental market and is the perfect holiday retreat. The community offers secure gated parking and 2 communal swimming pools (seasonal availability), while the property features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen, living room, and private terrace with marina/sea views.



The main bedroom has a large double bed, plenty of storage space, and direct access to the apartment’s sea view terrace. The second bedroom has a large single bed (1 adult or 2 children) and no external window (interior view only). The apartment has a bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower.



The open plan kitchen is well equipped with everything needed should guests wish to cook and entertain from the property. In the living room guests will find a dining area with seating for 4, and a sofa and armchair facing a flat screen tv.



The terrace has an alfresco dining area with seating for 4, and enjoys views of the communal swimming pool below, and the Estepona marina.
