Beautiful penthouse in the front beach gated urbanization Alcazaba Beach. The urbanization offers tennis and padel courts, several pools, children playground, pool restaurant (seasonal), gym and spa. 5 minutes driving to Estepona town centre. 20 minutes walking along the promenade by the sea to town. All kind of services in short distance. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), large, amazing terrace with panoramic views to the sea, pool and mountains, BBQ. Fully fitted kitchen and living-dining room leading to a nice terrace with fantastic views. The penthouse is on the third floor with NO elevator. Airport transfer available, please, ask for rates. To your comfort, it is recommended to book the apartment one more night for early arrivals or late departures.
*Pool open all year round except in the case of technical failure, storms or severe drought.

The property was even better than in pictures, recently renovated in good taste and with full amenities. Also the Alcazaba Beach area exceeded our expectations, so already booked this apartment for next fall. Warmly recommended!

Property was better than the pictures. Loads of room for 3 of us and very clean. Had great communication with Rosa (the Agent) she came and met us at 1030 pm to check us in and show us around the apt and was on hand if we needed anything. Roof top terrace was amazing and a lovely walk along the coast path into Estepona old town. Supermarket a few mins driver or 20 min walk. Would highly recommend staying at this fabulous apartment. Resort had lovely pools and gardens were immaculate.
