The spacious double bedroom features an en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom has its own shower room. The private, well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, microwave, and ample crockery. Amenities include air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a smart TV with UK satellite and Spanish channels, fiber WiFi, elevator access, and a modern lounge with comfortable seating for 4 and a dining area.  
  
  
  
Step outside to your private covered terrace with a 6-seat outdoor dining and relaxation area offering partial sea views. The shared outdoor swimming pool and children's pool are set within communal landscaped gardens with fantastic views over the sea and marina. The pool is open all year round.  
  
  
  
A private, secure underground parking garage space is provided, though please note that underground parking spaces in Spain can be tight. Shared street parking is also available nearby.
