Very centrally located in the community of Puerto Blanco and within short walking distance to the marina, Estepona's most famous beach of 'Playa del Cristo', the promenade and local supermarkets. Carefully prepared for a great holiday, whether in summer or winter the apartment offers a very modern living/dining area with a comfortable sofa and table seating 4\. The open plan kitchen has a breakfast island and is fully fitted with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine. Connecting from the lounge area is the sheltered terrace with outdoor furniture and incredible far-reaching views all along the coast to Gibraltar. There are 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, both with shower. Puerto Blanco is a gated and secure community with a large swimming pool (seasonally open). The apartment is located on a picturesque sloping street, which gives it a unique character and charming views. Surrounded by the main tourist spots and near to restaurants, tapas bars, shops, supermarkets, and all without the need for a car. The beautiful old town of Estepona with its flower-filled plazas, narrow streets, small boutiques and whitewashed houses is a short stroll. Effortless access to both the AP-7 motorway and A-7 coastal road, the beachside town of Estepona offers an unmatched range of outdoor family activities including horseback riding, paddle, tennis, golf, water-sports, karting and buggy excursions.
