Conveniently positioned near the port and a short stroll from the beach. Close to all the necessary conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants and banks. This gorgeous ground floor apartment available for short term rental is the ideal getaway on the Costa del Sol. The property is comprised of an entrance, a spacious living/dining area which extends to the exterior with a large private terrace for entertaining or sunbathing. There is an open plan modern kitchen with white cabinetry, refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. The 2 bedrooms are well-sized with ample storage space, and one has direct access to the terrace. Both bathrooms are brand new with walk-in showers.
