There is a bright and spacious living and dining room with marble flooring and a comfortable sofa, and a very nice south-facing terrace with ample seating which is perfect for enjoying the mild summer evenings.This property is located on the first floor and benefits from the use of the community pool ideal for families (opening hours can vary depending on the season), and gardens, which are just a few steps away. Puerto Alto is a quieter gated community a short walk from all local amenities, the bustling marina, Estepona beaches, and the charming old town.
