Staff is very kind and accommodating at the front desk and in the housekeeping department. Service is slow at the restaurant and bar, however the food is delicious. They are updating the entire facility and it shows.

The Carina hotel and all inclusive, it had a casino not the biggest but enough to sustain the urge to go. Staff were very polite and respectful.
