"Gran Hotel Panamerica, I am a fan! The hotel is recently remodeled/ in the process of remodeling and the common areas and rooms are elegant. They have an amazing breakfast that is included. The pool area is over the top... such a fine 3D mural on the wall of the pool it is worth a stop here just to see. All the staff was great, the price a fantastic value. Lastly, the hotel is in a quiet area and I slept without interruption. "

"Acter waiting an hour to check in, they took us to a dirty room. Then we were told it was 150 to park, then when we went to park, it changed to 175\. The staff refused to help. After leaving because we had no other option with the car and our stuff, we tried to have expida contact them, the emailed and called with no response. Save your money and avoid. Worst experience we have ever had. "
