Room was too warm and the air conditioning didn't cool the room down sufficiently, couldn't sleep properly. I drank the complimentary coffee, didn't get replenished so had no hot drink in my room for the remainder of my stay."

"When we checked in we made sure to book a shuttle for our early flight with the nice young man who checked us in (the main reason we chose this hotel). Also we were told we could buy a coffee at that time. When we arrived in the lobby at 4:45am, the young man on the desk said we were not booked on the shuttle and we could not have coffee. We were panicking we would miss our flight. I politely told him we 100% booked a shuttle and said it was very important we got on it. He wasn’t happy and made no attempt to communicate with us about solving the problem. The girl driving the shuttle bus said for us to load on it. Miscommunication between evening and morning staff and morning man made no attempt to be helpful or kind or problem solve with us. He acted like we were the problem and just didn’t book it. "
