  • Building inserted in the Natural Park Litoral Norte, in the pine forest of Ofir between dunes, beach, pine forest and the mouth of the river Cávado. House consists of 2 floors. The ground floor consists of kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room and bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom and two suites. The exterior includes a parking area, individual swimming pool (9x5m), private garden and barbecue area. Located in a quiet area, 100 meters from the beach, local shops and some cities: Viana do Castelo, Braga, Porto and Esposende.
