traumhafte Lage

Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Nicht die klassische Einrichtung des schwedischen Möbelhauses sondern stilvoll von der Hauseigentümerin, die viele Ihrer eigenen Kunstwerke im Haus und dem extrem großen Garten platziert hat. Das Außengelände ist unfassbar groß, bietet an vielen Stellen Gelegenheit sich gemütlich hinzusetzten, zu sonnen und zu essen. Ich kann dieses Haus nur jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten Urlaub erleben möchte.

Lage und Ausstattung entsprach den Angaben. Service allerding nicht ausreichend. Eine Verständigung mit der Vermieterin auf Deutsch oder Englisch war nixcht möglich. Irgendwelche Bedienungsanleitungen oder Anweisungen für die Haustechnik waren nicht da. Eine Einweisung durch die Agentin erfolgte nicht, weil sie schlicht nicht da war. Das Haus selbst ist allerding sehr grosszügig und genua das Riochtige nach der Lage für gruppen, die ihre absolute Ruhe in Abgeschiedneheit suchen.

Super Finca Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche (sehr ,sehr heiß 36 Grad) in den Bergen. Finca und der Garten waren mit viel Getöpferten dekoriert. Die Inneneinrichtung war sehr stilvoll.Aus dem Wohnbereich hatte man einen traumhaften Blick ins Tal (bis Palma). - sehr ansprechende und gepflegte Poollandschaft - Gastgeber sehr freundlich - ausreichend Kücheninventar - idealer Ausgangspunkt für Autotouren

Wunderschöne Finca mit ruhiger...

Wunderschöne Finca mit ruhiger Lage in den Bergen und tollem Blick bis in die Bucht von Palma. Großzügiges Anwesen und Grundstück mit vielen Ecken und Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen und Ausruhen. Selbst wenn man mit 8 Personen fährt, gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten um in Ruhe zu verweilen. Die Ausstattung war bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung, wie z.B. der Tresor war nicht wirklich nutzbar, da dieser nicht fest in der Wand verschraubt war ... . In der Küche fehlte das ein oder andere, müsste man mal alles etwas aufstocken. Wir konnten uns aber immer gut behelfen. Die Gartenstühle auf der Terrasse waren zum Teil kaputt, müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten alles super (Preis Leistung okay), wir würden wieder hinfahren und die Finca auch Freunden empfehlen. Die Besitzerin dieser Finca ist sehr nett und freundlich, wohnt in unmittelbarer Nähe und kümmert sich um alles. Müll wird täglich geholt, Pool war immer sauber und wenn etwas aussergewöhnliches ist, kommt sie sofort vorbei. Einen Mietwagen sollte man auf jeden Fall mieten, da man von Esporles noch ca. 3,5 km in die Berge fahren muss. Aber schöne Straße mit tollem Ausblick. Reisetipps: Mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden und mal quer durch das Tramuntana Gebirge fahren. Eine Fahrt nach Sóller undPort de Sóller lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Auf dem Weg nach Sóller liegt an der Straße MA–11 bei dem Ort Bunyola ein Restaurant "Can Penasso" mit mallorquinische Küche, Achtung dieses Restaurant kann man echt vergessen. War richtig schlecht!!! Ansonsten sind wir möglichst mallorquinisch Essen gegangen und war echt gut.

Tolles Haus, ansprechend einge...

Tolles Haus, ansprechend eingerichtet, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Hier kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen. Reisetipps: Wandern, klettern, baden, Ausflüge, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. 14 Tage reichen nicht aus um alles gesehen zu haben.

Alle Türen klemmen und knarzen. Das ist während der Nachtruhe problematisch.
