### L’Écrin des Bois - Au bord de l'Aude

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency has this charming 36 m² maisonette in Espéraza to rent for up to 3 people. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises

\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
  
1st floor  
\- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
2nd floor  
\- Small sitting room with sofa bed (1 bed)  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
The house is ideally located in Espéraza, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
