Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 36 m² house in Espéraza to rent for up to 3 people. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
  
1st floor  
\- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)   
\- Bathroom with shower and WC   
  
2nd floor   
\- Small sitting room with sofa bed (1 bed)   
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
The house is ideally located in Espéraza, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
