"My sister-in-law and I had a quick weekend getaway to wine country and this cottage was perfect! We each got our own room and room to spead out comfortably. And a beautiful surprise was a bouquet of fresh flowers waiting for us! Amazing! It was well equipped for cooking (and a very sensitive fire alarm) and the views were gorgeous. We enjoyed cups of coffee every morning overlooking the front. Just perfect!"

"I lost my wife to cancer recently and the Cozy Cottage was the most perfect place to relax and connect with my three kids. The home is absolutely amazing with this most spectacular views. You'll never want to leave the deck! Everything is clean and organized and the kitchen had everything we needed for a few home cooked meals. Bedrooms were super comfy with lots of pillows. "This was a beautiful and quiet setting perfectly located for our interests which were hiking the Appalachian Trail, exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway, and enjoying a day trip to Thomas Jefferson’s home at Monticello. "My family of three (2 adults and one 3yo) had the best time at the cottage. As we approached upon arrival we had breathtaking views of fields and fields of pink-blossomed peach trees. The view from the cottage itself was beautiful, with mountains in the distance and a peaceful farm in the forefront. "Perfect little place for my husband and I to stay while visiting our daughter at UVA. It was a quick drive to campus. This cottage provides more room than a hotel room. There was a cute back porch (with a porch swing!) that you could relax and have a glass of wine. Our cottage looked out on a pasture with goats."

I give it a 4 star over all stay due to the 2 bedroom has more of a closet door instead of a true door that had difficulty closing at night. All new appliances were perfect for cooking dinner at night and perfect location to do the Nelson 151 wine tour."
