Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The team here is amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always available whenever you need something. The room size was perfect, giving plenty of space to relax. The beach is beautiful and very clean, and the hotel itself is kept in excellent condition. There’s a nice variety of food, though the flavor could be better with some improvement in the kitchen-better chefs. Still, a lovely stay overall.

Lovely hotel but not as good as I expected.
Great breakfast. Shuttles to the ‘beach’ but it’s actually far away and there’s no stand,instead a little jetty. The room was spacious and clean.
I love the cats/kittens around. I questioned the staff about food/water bowels as I saw 2 cats drinking from the pool (not good), they advised have have food stations out of site and a animal first aid kit which made me very happy.
It would be amazing if hotels starting neutering the cats at their hotels to help with the numbers. And set up a box in the hotel for donations to help with neutering a Liam’s in their area. I would have definitely donated.
We were in a hurry to checkout to get a flight & lady at reception made me wait to check the mini bar then tried to charge me for things we hadn’t touched.
Over all a lovely stay but I think a little overpriced

There was definitely issues with this property especially the cleanliness and hygiene. The mattress and pillow cover were stained on your room. The good part was the kids activities and cansyland

Hotel was ok and fine if you want to just stay there. If you want to get out and about, there's a big steep hill to walk up, or alternatively use boat taxis. We didn't actually eat there at all so can't comment on the food.
