With no overlooked views and offering sea views from every room, this property can accommodate up to 8 guests and is the perfect destination for family getaways. You'll appreciate the peace and quiet and ideal location of this house, 100m from the beaches of Le Guen and Lanruen.  
  
This house offers:  
On the ground floor:  
\- A large, bright living room with a lounge and dining table for 8 people offering a magnificent sea view;   
\- A fully equipped kitchen with a sea view, including a sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and numerous kitchen utensils;   
\- A bathroom with a shower and a double sink with a mirror;   
\- Separate toilet with washing machine and dryer;   
  
On the 1st floor:  
\- One bedroom, sea view, with a single bed (90x200cm) and a king-size bed (180x200cm) that can be separated into two single beds (90x200cm).  
\- A second bedroom, sea view, with two single beds (90x200cm);   
\- A final bedroom, also sea view, with a single bed (90x200cm) and a king-size bed (180x200cm) that can be separated into two single beds (90x200cm).
