Designed to accommodate 5 people, this furnished property consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a king-size bed (180/200) as well as a single bed more suitable for a child. In the large living space, there is an open and well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a refrigerator, a small freezer and a dishwasher. The good little dishes that you will prepare there will be enjoyed in the dining room, around its large friendly table. To relax, you will also find a lounge area and a television. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a WC. Another independent WC completes this apartment. For added comfort, a washing machine, a hairdryer and 2 parking spaces on the plot are provided. The great asset of this accommodation, besides its privileged location, is its large garden, with a beautiful well-furnished space at the back, a large charcoal barbecue perfect for good grilling, and for petanque enthusiasts, a magnificent boules pitch.
