The apartment in the building he was in good condition ample parking the hostess very hospitable & accomodating. Breakfast it was superb and cleaning people very efficient.

Lovely place to stay!
Arrived around 9 p.m., and greeted by friendly host. Gave us a choice of rooms. Understood our situation about the ferry we had booked around 6:30 am next day and he and his friend made extra effort to check on and explain some options to better suit our tired group - we really really appreciated this!! There was no way we could have left at 5 a.m. to drive to that ferry to be there at 5:30 and stay at Hydra all day, and then drive back to Athens for nearly 3 hours. That was a stupid plan on our part and their options worked out beautifully. He even found us at the restaurant down the hill to give us some printed material to help us decide further. EXCELLENT assistance! Place is so lovely - wish we could have stayed longer! It was decorated perfectly and super comfortable and the breakfast in a.m. was delicious. Parking on site. Safe, lovely setting and would love to get back there and stay a week! Best host ever and you will enjoy the place and people.

Nice hotel, location is average.
Nice rooms, facilities look and feel new. Breakfast is average. Water is not drinkable and not suitable to brush your teeth with, need to use bottled water. To take a shower you need to activate the water heater at least 10 minutes before shower. The hotel has a secured parking area. Notice that there is no front desk parson available after 9 pm but that was not a problem for us. Restaurants are available within 10- 15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast could use some improvement but I would say that it was adequate for us. Clean towels upon request otherwise every 3 days.No problem getting new towels when asked.

Very nice Apartments in Porto Heli
We stayed in Aloe Apartments for weekend 26-28/08/16. We were 2 couples having 2 apartments. Very spacious 1 bedroom flats with kitchenette, aircon,dining tables, sofas and tv in every room. Very clean, comfortable for long stays, staff is friendly and it comes with breakfast,too. The location is not by the harbour of Porto Heli but a few roads up;and it is a quite residential area with its own parking lot. Ideal place as a base to explore the area around Porto Heli. We will come back again.

Όλα πολύ καλά. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο κ πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Η περιοχή ήρεμη με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα. Η τηλεόραση θα μπορούσε να είναι μεγαλύτερη για τις ώρες που κάθεται κανείς στο δωμάτιο. Επίσης υπήρχε μία ποσότητα αλάτων στη ντουζιέρα.

Δυστυχώς οι προηγούμενοι μας πελάτες έσπασαν την τηλεόραση που ήταν τοποθετημένη στο δωμάτιο που διαμείνατε και έτσι αναγκαστικά τοποθετήσαμε προσωρινά μια μικρότερη μέχρι να παραλάβουμε την καινούργια. Όμως για να έχετε μια άριστη διαμονή, θα μπορούσατε κατά την διάρκεια παραμονής σας να μας εκφράζατε την επιθυμία σας για μεγαλύτερη τηλεόραση και εμείς θα σας μεταφέραμε σε άλλο δωμάτιο (όπως εξάλλου κάναμε με την δωρεάν αναβάθμιση του δωματίου σας σε ανώτερη κατηγορία) ή να να σας τοποθετούσαμε μια μεγαλύτερη τηλεόραση. Προσμένουμε με χαρά την επόμενη επίσκεψή σας ώστε να περάσετε ακόμα πιο όμορφα.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται 15΄ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο με κουζίνα για όποιον θέλει να μαγειρέψει. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό, φιλικό και πρόθυμο. Αρνητικό η έλλειψη ηχομόνωσης τουλάχιστον όσον αφορά δωμάτιο στο ισόγειο.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό, έχει πάρκινγκ και ωραίο χώρο υποδοχής. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο με κουζίνα και σαλόνι και με ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο, στο οποίο όμως κάποιες ώρες μύριζε άσχημα η αποχέτευση. Το στρώμα ήταν πολύ άβολο. Υπήρχε φασαρία από διπλανό σπίτι ή δωμάτιο και δεν υπήρχαν κουρτίνες συσκότισης. Η διακόσμηση έχει αρκετές δυνατότητες εκσυγχρονισμού.

Σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά για τον χρόνο που διαθέσατε για την καταγραφή της κριτικής σας αλλά και για τα καλά σας σχόλια. Θα ήθελα όμως να σας αναφέρω πως μιας και το κτήριο είναι προηγουμένων δεκαετιών ανακαινίζεται συνεχώς με τελευταία ανακατασκευή το χειμώνα ’19 όλων των σωληνώσεων και των λουτρών (επένδυση 90.00Ε). Επίσης σε όλα τα διαμερίσματα υπάρχουν παντζούρια και διπλές κουρτίνες που είναι στην ευχέρεια του πελάτη να τα χρησιμοποιήσει. Τα δε στρώματα είναι αγορασμένα προσφάτως αλλά δυστυχώς δεν έχουν όλα τα άτομα τα ίδια γούστα στην διακόσμηση ή στην αίσθηση του ύπνου γι αυτό εξάλλου και υπάρχουν πολλές ποικιλίες πάνω σε αυτά τα θέματα. Θα εκτιμούσα όμως ιδιαίτερα αν κατά την διαμονή σας μαζί μας, αν και εφόσον αυτή πραγματοποιήθηκε και τα σχόλια σας προέρχονται από πραγματική εμπειρία στον χώρο μας, μου είχατε εκφράσει εμένα προσωπικά τις παρατηρήσεις σας (μιας και βρίσκομαι πάντα στον χώρο επιμελώντας και φροντίζοντας την σωστή λειτουργία του). Να είστε σίγουρος πως θα είχα συμβάλει στο μέγιστο στην επίλυση τους ώστε να περάσετε όμορφα στις διακοπές σας. Με εκτίμηση Τζίφα Ευφροσύνη Ιδιοκτήτρια και Διευθύντρια του καταλύματος

Καλησπέρα,δυστυχώς για εμάς οικογένεια με ένα μικρό παιδάκι η εμπειρία από συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο ήταν κακή.Καθίσαμε 5 μέρες και δεν αλλάχτηκαν ποτέ το οποίο είναι απαράδεκτο κυρίως για το παιδί.Το wifi ήταν κακό.Το κρεβάτι επίσης κακό.Μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο και στο ψυγείο ήταν πράγματα του προηγούμενου πελάτη π.χ κόκα κόλα,φέτα κ.λ.π.Κάτι που υποδεικνύει ότι δεν καθαρίστηκε το δωμάτιο.Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από την ιδιοκτήτρια όταν μία μέρα πριν φύγουμε και ενώ ετοιμαζόμασταν για μπάνιο έτρεξε πανικόβλητη έξω και μας ρώτησε αν φεύγουμε θεωρώντας ότι δεν θα την πληρώσουμε κάτι το οποίο είναι προσβλητικό για εμένα.Το μόνο θετικό ήταν το πρωινό.Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν καλή λόγω ησυχίας.Το μέρος(Πόρτο χέλι) αδιάφορο μόνο να περάσεις για να πας Σπέτσες.

Great Service in a great apartment
Das Appartement Hotel war hervorragend. Check in war auch nach der offiziellen Zeit möglich, da der Flieger Verspätung hatte. Für Landesverhältnisse sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr nettes Servicepersonal. Nach dem Frühstück war das Zimmer gereinigt (obwohl laut Broschüre Eigenreinigung angesagt war). Die Besitzerin war freundlich und hat jederzeit Informationen gegeben. Die Appartements an sich sind sehr großzügig gestalltet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und voll klimatisiert. Ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Küche, Kühlschrank, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Προσεγμένο και αξιοπρεπές κατάλυμα
Ήταν όπως το ειδα στην περιγραφή. Ευχρύχωρα δωματια σαλόνι και 2 WC. 2 TV και 3 aircontitions. Άνετο parking και κοντά στην πόλη. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Πολύ φρέσκα υλικά στο πρωινό αν και όχι ιδαίτερα πλούσιο.

Nice accommodation
Hotel near the centre.View to the forest and partially some rooms to the sea. Spacious room.GOOD breakfast to start your day. The only disadvantage was that croissants and pies were cold. The owner very helpful and friendly. Room's decoration is exquisite and different for each room. Quite hotel, recommended for relaxing holidays

Bon séjour
Bon séjour dans son ensemble. Très bon camp de base pour visiter Spetses. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le service est bon ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Bonne situation de l'hôtel proche du port de Porto Heli. Un petit bémol pour la qualité du wifi.

Ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο για 3ήμερο στο Πόρτο Χέλι.
Γενικά καλό σε όλους τους τομείς. Λίγο μακρυά αν θελεις να πας με τα πόδια στο κεντρο, αλλα αυτό το γνωρίζεις ήδη πριν κανείς κράτηση. Ευχάριστη διαμονή και καλη εξυπηρέτηση.
