The 78 m² apartment on the top floor consists of a living-dining room with a pull-out bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. You can start the day with coffee and breakfast on the sunny balcony and also use the shared garden area with a little playground for children. You will find a supermarket after 750 m or a 10-minute walk, a bakery after a 6-minute walk (450 m), and a pharmacy is a 13-minute walk (1 km) from the apartment. You can reach a restaurant a 7-minute walk (550 m) away, and train station of Eriskirch is located 800 m or a 10-minute walk from the property. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 35-minute drive (30 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores.
