This is a great place to have an indoor or outdoor wedding, reception, party, family reunion, corporate or Church retreat. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 20 minutes from Boulder, 40 minutes from Denver. Tables, chairs, dining for 100 people. There are 2 king beds, 3 queens, 1 sleeper couch and 2 other couches, sleep where you like. We are providing a home that is sensitive to people who have an allergy to animal disability. Even service animals in this home would make it very difficult for people with these allergies. Please help these people and be respectful and do not bring any animals into our home thanks. There are 30 parking spaces available, so share rides as needed. call or text if you need something 303-523-33nine nine Friendly, safe, out in the country, but 15 minutes to stores and dinning and town. You will need a car or Uber, no busses out here.
