Staff was great and rooms were clean. Beautiful view of Lake Erie and sunset!! Walls were not soundproof, however. There were kids playing hockey in hall and jumping on bed next door (which shook my bed). Everything was quiet overnight, though, and didn’t disturb sleep. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Very nice updated facility with wonderful decor in the lobby and lounge. Everything was spotless and a wonderful staff. The food in the restaurant was delicious, though a little pricy. Only nit pick was that the mixed drinks my wife and I had at the bar were quite watered down, couldn’t taste any alcohol at all.

Cedric was most helpful, kind, professional in changing our stay for one more night in same room 626 which has an awesome view of the Bayfront--The pool and whirlpool were so very clean and nice--the coffee and pumpkin cream cheese muffin were VERY good as well as the smiling young lady that served it--we will be back in July2027 its on our wish list all ready. I do not know why our neighbors travel so far to Ocean City MD or Myrtle Beach SC when (ESP if you have a pet you don't want to leave behind) when Erie has EVERYTHING and is UNIQUE with the beauty of Presque Isle. TY!
