  • Large 3 bedroom apartment in beautiful brick house. Great location in Erie's Boulevard Park neighborhood gives you quick and convenient access to the best Erie has to offer: Bayfront, I79, Presque Isle, Waldameer Amusement Park, downtown, and more!

    Clean and spacious 1300 square foot apartment provides plenty of room for your traveling party: King bed, queen bed, and bunk beds can hold 6 people. Dining room with large table sits 6 people and a fully stocked kitchen. Has desk with office chair.

    Newly renovated space retains much of the nice woodwork from this 1920's era house. Situated on a quiet tree-lined boulevard the street gets minimal thru-traffic, yet is conveniently close to the highway, bayfront, downtown and more.

    This is the ground floor apartment in a 2-apartment building. Guests have entire private use of the whole first floor apartment.

    Living room with 50" TV pulls in local channels over the air and lets you connect to your own NetFlix or Hulu accounts over WiFi. A large dining room has seating for 6 people. Updated kitchen has dish washer, garbage disposal, oven, stove, fridge stocked up with breakfast food, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

    New carpet in the 3 bedrooms with a king bed, queen bed, and bunk beds. Plenty of closet and dresser storage.

    Within walking distance is Pineapple Eddie's restaurant, which offers a delicious combination of Caribbean and southern cuisine. Also close by is Frontier Park, which offers bike and walking trails that connect to Erie's Bayfront, a playground, tennis courts, and more.

    Plenty of parking on the driveway, fit 4 cars single file on the left side of the driveway, or plenty of free street parking as well. EV car charger available for guest use on our driveway to charge your electric vehicle!

The house is older, but has the most beautiful woodwork as soon as you enter the house and around the fireplace. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked if you want to cook. Breakfast items were provided but we didn’t partake. Had to be up and somewhere to be early. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Erie. The Host was great to work with.

This was the perfect stay for our beach weekend! The rental was close to everything, cute and clean. Robert was ver communicative and had some breakfast items stocked for us in the fridge and freezer, which was such a thoughtful touch! My only recommendation would be to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper, as sound travels pretty well and we could hear some of the comings and goings of the upstairs neighbors.Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host’s communication was fantastic, making everything smooth from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment itself was spotless upon arrival. Everything we needed was easy to access, from the kitchen and TV to the entrance of the unit. It was clear that the host put great care into making the space welcoming and convenient. We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip!

Nice apartment, located near Presque Isle

The apartment was very clean and perfect for our stay with family to do some fun things near Presque Isle and also do a vineyard tour in the area. Easy access to apartment, thoughtful stocking of eggs, milk and cereal for us too! Highly recommend in in Erie area.

Great place to stay when in Erie

This older home has 2 apartments. We stayed in the lower level. It was large, clean & comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Communication with the host was great. There were additional nice touches like some food left for us. The location was great-A quick drive to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay again.

This house had such character & is tastefully done. It is located in a quiet neighborhood & is convenient to Presque Isle. It is as very clean. The host had great communication. We were given very clear instructions on the check-in & check-out process. He provided everything we needed. We were very pleased with the property.

Not only was the apartment exactly as described but the pictures actually don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful place to stay with more than ample room for several people. It was super cozy and had everything we could’ve needed: coffee with sugar and creamer, a stocked fridge and freezer with breakfast and dinner foods, toiletries and towels and linens, plenty of cookware and appliances and possibly my favorite, an entire spice rack! This place was great to stay in with my partner and friends and would also make a lovely getaway for a family, equipped with a little baby seat and plenty of room for everyone. It was clean and easy to get to and in a safe area. Check in was easy and the host was incredibly kind. It snowed several inches while we were there and they were quick to shovel out the stairs and walkways as well as the driveway for us. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Nice Place to Stay in Erie!

We had to come to Erie for a family gathering and wanted to avoid getting a hotel. This apartment just happened to be perfect for us! The bedrooms are spacious and the apartment was very warm and cozy. The bed was firm, but that is definitely what we were looking for! There was only two of us, but definitely room for 6! The owner checked on us and notified us about checking in and out. He was very accommodating to us, allowing us to check in earlier since we had gotten into town earlier. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Home away from home

My family enjoyed an extended holiday weekend in this very comfortable and clean apartment which had all the comforts of home including some essential food items. Robert was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay an extra couple days, always promptly responding, which we truly appreciated, especially given over 30 inches of fresh lake effect snow blanketed the Erie coastline across PA and NY within the initial 24 hrs of our stay. We’ll be back (probably in summer tho 😉).to enjoy it’s proximity to downtown and Presque Isle penninsula.

A lovely home and stress free stay. Located in an ideal part of town in a lovely safe neighborhood, this historical feeling home immediately feels warm and inviting. We loved the easy access to all the areas we wanted to see, the ample selection of food and delivery options to the home, and the sparkling clean attention to detail throughout the place that made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. Host was welcoming and communicated well, we felt confident should we have any questions or concerns, he would be available without hesitation. The apartment was bigger than expected. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and the host supplies most everything you need making for an easy pack. There is a apartment upstairs which you can hear footsteps quite clearly, especially when shoes are on. Other than that, it was excellent and we'll be back!.

Great family weekend for Grandparents, Parents, and Children

We found this property to be an exceptional value as we stayed with our son, his wife, and their children (5 and 7). The kids enjoyed the toys and games there during our downtimes at the house and the waffles in the freezer. We loved the proximity to Presque Isle and the Arboretum. We enjoyed walking to the Arboretum from the house. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We only wish we could have stayed longer to see more of what Erie has to offer. We will be back someday!

High Recommend!

This first floor apartment was Impeccably clean upon arrival, tastefully appointed and well-stocked with all the necessities one could need until getting to a grocery store. This was one of the nicest rentals Ive ever stayed in. The owner was was easy to reach when I had questions and he was very helpful. This is a beautiful neighborhood c reflective of the lovely city of Erie. It's just a few blocs from the Bayfront highway and 15 minutes from the entrance to Presquile State park. When I return to eerie I will always try to stay here.
