Dommage que la piscine exterieure n'ai pas été ouverte a cette période, cela aurait été un plus, mais la piscine intérieure est très bien, nous avons également pu profiter du sauna et du hammam (compris dans le tarif)! Le seul vrai bémole est la chaleur dans les chambres, pas de clim ni ventilateur, .... et la taille de la chambre et du lit double assez petits... La directrice toujours à l'écoute. Pain et viennoiseries livrés frais tous les jours sans devoir quitter la résidence. L'appartement propre, bien équipé et spacieux. La vue très belle sur le Lot. Un plus très important, la voiture est sur un parking protégé la nuit par un portail coulissant. Une petite superette a proximité. Une femme de chambre nous a permis de déposer nos bagages mais nous n'avons pu nous enregistrer qu'à 17h. Lors de notre enregistrement la personne qui s'occupait de nous nous a laissé 3 fois pour répondre au téléphone. Malgré cela, l'accueil fut sympathique. La chambre est très confortable et les personnes toujours prêtes à nous aider. La propreté de la chambre était cependant moyenne. Nous avons du faire nos lits nous même, payer un supplément pour la TV et un autre pour la location de serviettes de toilette (ce qui n'est mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation). La piscine couverte est propre et magnifique.
