The property was very nice overall. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The pool area was separated from the main property but a very easy walk of only 2 minutes. It was very nice with a good sized pool plus a small gym and a steam room and dry sauna and changing areas. The property is attached to a small mall with a Carrefour and a movie theater and a number of restaurants so you really don't have to go far. It is very close to the airport and the free shuttle only takes 10 minutes or so. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Great choice for the night of arrival or departure from Entebbe airport for those flying to Europe. Clean, neat, comfortable beds, AC, 24 hour room service and a free airport shuttle. A bit pricey, but worth it since we were flying out at midnight.

Entebbe - one night
We liked this hotel - very nice rooms and fantastic pool area. The hotel is close to Victoria Mall and across the street from a crafts center. Good location. The service in the cafe was very slow and needs to be improved. This is a good choice for a stop over in Entebbe.

This is a good hotel in Entebbe. It is adjacent to a mall with some restaurants and shopping options. The hotel is well maintained and has a pool and garden in the back of the property. The staff was very attentive and nice. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel. They are 10 min to the airport and provide free and very nice airport transfers. It is walkable to a mall, eating, great markets, and a botanical garden. The staff is great and so accommodating. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. We stay here every time we come-which is 3 times a year. Highly recommend.

I am a solo female traveler and felt very safe staying at this hotel! This was the best hotel I stayed in Uganda during my two-week trip. The service and the staff are all incredible. The amenities are great, and the restaurant serves delicious food. I loved all the options offered for breakfast every morning! Also, the hotel is in a great location. It's attached to a mall, and I walk to the main entrance daily. I enjoyed eating at the Middle Eastern attached to the mall, and the neighborhood is very safe. The room is quiet with blackout curtains, so it was nice to be able to take a nap every day! Lastly, it's great that they offer free transport to and from the airport! I will stay at this hotel again when I return to Uganda next summer.

The property is close to Entebbe airport. There is a mall next door with dining and shopping options. The rooms are spacious and the staff friendly and professional.

This was one of the BEST Best Westerns I have ever stayed in. The signage is a bit confusing and you have to walk accross a parking lot to get to the pool area, but those minor details did not interrupt a very pleasant stay. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was nice and included a balcony. The pool area was quite lovely. This was a great place to stay before heading to the airport.

Only spent a short night there, but the staff was friendly and helpful in the booking process and airport pickup. Tim, the driver, picked me up from the airport and helped with my bags all the way to my hotel room. He was pleasant which was nice after the long travel. The included breakfast buffet was ok, and the AC in the room struggled to cool the room. But overall I was satisfied and would recommend Best Western in Entebbe.

Since opening this hotel has been a must stay each year when I visit Uganda. I love the conscientious staff, clean facilities and comfortable rooms. Victoria Mall is a great place for dinner, coffee, access to the supermarket and the MTN Service Center. Also their shuttle service to the airport tops any that I have used before.

I have tried a few hotels in Entebbe but have found the BWP convenient and comfortable for those early morning arrivals and departures from Entebbe. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and are nice and quiet. The single banked corridors means there is not too much traffic on each floor - ask for a room away from the elevator. The breakfast is decent, and the staff are friendly and proactive (at least when I was there). They are also accommodating.
