The section off the main bedroom acted as a perfect third bedroom to put the cot in. The doors allowed it to be closed off and all bedrooms were dark enough for the kids to sleep during daylight savings times. The deck/balcony was enclosed which meant the kids could play on it without worry of them falling off! If you had a week of very hot days, you might struggle as there is only one air conditioner in the lounge and no ceiling fans in bedrooms. There are two portable fans which would be useful though. Lots of room in the lounge and living areas. Fairly basic features but we would stay again if we had a young family.
